Lammas: Foundations

Ancient Civilizations & The Scientific Method

🌾 Unit Overview

As we celebrate the first harvest at Lammas, we begin our high school journey by laying foundations. In history, we explore the ancient civilizations that planted the seeds of human knowledge. In biology, we learn the scientific method and discover the basic unit of life—the cell. In math, we build our algebraic foundation with variables and equations. In English, we encounter the world's oldest stories.
